Ki Baleares SLU is the Mallorca arm of a German business group. We distribute premium products across the Balearics and deliver professional services with German standards and Mediterranean spirit.
Ki Baleares SLU was founded in 2025 in Palma de Mallorca as an independent subsidiary of a German business group with track record in real estate, consulting and distribution.
We work with our own team on the island, a solid corporate structure and digital processes designed from Germany. Our goal: to bring German operational rigor into the Mediterranean environment — without losing the local proximity that makes business work in the Balearics.
The company is structured as a Spanish SLU (single-shareholder limited) and registered with the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca. We fully comply with Spanish tax, labor and commercial law.

EisBerger is produced in their own manufactory in Germany, with self-generated power and only the best ingredients from around the world: Sicilian organic pistachios, Piedmont hazelnuts, Swiss chocolate, raspberries from Münsterland, Sicilian lemons, and fresh milk from pasture-raised cows.
